XAKS Consulting (Pty) Ltd is a professional consultancy serving the construction and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) sectors. You are supported through every stage of your project with a strong focus on risk management, legal compliance, and practical implementation on site.
Founded in 2016 by Xavier Redcliffe, XAKS was established to help businesses meet occupational health and safety and legislative requirements while reducing downtime, preventing incidents, and protecting operational continuity. Over time, the service offering has expanded into a fully integrated, one stop solution that supports your projects from planning through to completion.
XAKS works with international OEMs in the automotive sector, international contractors, local municipalities, and state owned entities, ensuring projects are delivered compliantly, efficiently, and on schedule.

XAKS Consulting is led by founder and director Xavier Redcliffe, a registered Professional Construction Health and Safety Agent with the SACPCMP. With over 20 years of local and international experience, you benefit from proven expertise in project development, implementation, management, and auditing.
Xavier holds a National Diploma and a Baccalaureus Technologiae Degree in Safety Management, supported by specialist international certifications, including the NEBOSH International General Certificate, NEBOSH Construction Certificate and PRINCE2®. Xavier has extensive corporate management experience and managed multiple projects and teams. his knowledge on legal compliance, systems development, implementation, and management is commendable.
