Founders
Xavier is a qualified trainer, assessor and moderator and is a registered Professional Construction Health and Safety Agent with the SACPCMP. He is also a certified system auditor. He has over 17 years’ local and international experience in project development, implementation, management and auditing, gaining a formidable reputation in the industry.

XAKS was founded in 2016 by Mr. Xavier Redcliffe.

Mr. Xavier Redcliffe
MANAGING DIRECTOR & SPECIALIST CONSULTANT
Xavier is a qualified trainer, assessor and moderator and is a registered Professional Construction Health and Safety Agent with the SACPCMP. He is also a certified system auditor.
He has over 17 years’ local and international experience in project development, implementation, management and auditing, gaining a formidable reputation in the industry.
Xavier has a National Diploma and a Baccalaureus Technologiae Degree in Safety Management and he has completed numerous specialist international courses in project and health and safety management such as NEBOSH International General Certificate, NEBOSH Construction Certificate and PRINCE2® Xavier has extensive corporate HSE experience and managed multiple projects and teams, his knowledge on legal compliance, systems development and management is commendable.
He is registered with the following professional bodies:

- Professional Registered Health and Safety Agent (CHSA/056/2017)
